Although Oasis is a new hospital, the expertise behind it is anything but new.
Our founders Dr. Jas Mattu and Manuel “Manny” Garcia bring over 60 years of combined experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare leadership, hospital ownership, and team mentorship. Together, they’ve shaped some of Southern California’s most respected veterinary hospitals.

Dr. Mattu is a respected leader in Southern California’s veterinary community. With over 35 years of experience, he has:

- Founded the Indo-American Veterinary Medical Association (IAVMA)
- Mentored dozens of veterinarians, many of whom became partners or hospital owners
- Treated thousands of dogs and cats with compassion, precision and care
